Node Error - Charged Credits With Zero Output

Hi

I have a Flow that I have recently set up and used without issue, but this morning I have tried to run it (shortly after clicking on a Update when I logged in) and it has failed twice but it has charged me 440 credits for the 2 attempts but obviously with zero output due to the error (Error whilst running Node, please try again later). Screenshot attached of Credits taken and nothing Completed. The 385 credits taken last night at 20:59:07 were using the same Flow and I’d been using before then too without any problems.
Not sure if it's something to do with the Update, that was the first thing I did this morning, or something with the Flow itself. I haven't tried another Flow, just in case the same issue occurs.
