Flow Export Functionality (JSON / YAML)

First off, I’m loving this tool you’ve built. It’s easily the most intuitive AI workflow builder I’ve used. That said, I’d love to keep building here knowing I’m not locked in.

Summary

Please add the ability to export complete flows — including node structure, prompts, and connections — to a portable format such as JSON or YAML.

Why it matters

AIFlowChat is one of the best workflow builders out there, but right now users are completely locked in. If the platform ever disappeared or changed direction, years of creative and technical work could be lost.

No one wants that to happen, of course — but platform trust comes from knowing you can leave if you need to. Giving people the freedom to export doesn’t make them leave; it makes them stay. It signals confidence, transparency, and long-term credibility.

Suggested Implementation

• Export flow as .json or .yaml, including:

  • Node labels, prompts, and connections

  • Input/output bindings and variable mappings

  • Metadata (author, date, flow name)

• Optional import for duplication or version restoration.

• Builds deep trust and user loyalty

• Reduces perceived risk for professional and enterprise users

• Enables backups, documentation, and version control

• Encourages long-term investment by proving AIFlowChat is open, not fragile
